The Hulled Chickpeas is a legume and as such an excellent protein source, very rich in vitamins and minerals; it can be proposed as a single dish added to salad or pasta, or in soups with vegetables and green vegetables. The Hulled Chickpeas is cooked faster than the unpeeled chickpeas and it is more digestible.
